$CPT closed on its $1.625 bn California disposition yesterday and bought back $144mm of shares for $100.78 per share. Reduced s/o by about 1.4%. Love to see them being so aggressive with the buyback. Already 1031 into $645mm of Sunbelt acquisitions.
95.7% occupied, -3.3% new lease, 2.8% renewal. New lease improved by 2.2% QoQ. New lease should flip positive in Q3. Will be looking forward to it
