OPEN THE STRAIT. CLOSE THE STRAIT. WE ARE BLOCKADING. LIFT SANCTIONS. IMPOSE NEW SANCTIONS. JD IS IN PAKISTAN. JD IS NOT IN PAKISTAN. STILL BLOCKADING. WE HAVE AN AGREEMENT. THERE IS NO AGREEMENT THAT IS FAKE NEWS. BOMBING AGAIN SOON (MAYBE)!
Former National Counterterrorism Center director Joe Kent sharing Iranian state-linked outlet nonsense claiming, falsely, that the US was trying to kill the then-lost US pilot.
Aged rather poorly, I think it's fair to say.
I remember survival school vividly. I did basic and advanced “SERE” training. I lost 7 pounds living in the mountains near Spokane WA and learned I DO NOT want to ever be captured by the enemy. POW training made that clear. I dreamed about it every night for two weeks afterwards.
Wheels up all friendlies out. C130 got a wheel stuck in the sand at the FARP and a Delta element had to come in and blow it in place. Whole op sounds dicey as hell but they pulled it off. Goodnight.
Until recently, Hamideh Soleimani Afshar and her daughter were green card holders living lavishly in the United States.
Afshar is the niece of deceased Iranian Major General Qasem Soleimani. She is also an outspoken supporter of the Iranian regime who celebrated attacks on Americans and referred to our country as the "Great Satan."
This week, I terminated both Afshar and her daughter's legal status and they are now in ICE custody, pending removal from the United States.
The Trump Administration will not allow our country to become a home for foreign nationals who support anti-American terrorist regimes.
HR: We lost the new hire today.
CEO: What happened?
HR: He resigned after his first week.
CEO: That makes no sense. We doubled his previous salary.
HR: Yes, but salary was not the issue.
CEO: Then what was?
HR: You asked him why he left at exactly 5:00 p.m. And why he left the office before you did.
CEO: I was just trying to understand his mindset.
HR: He understood it clearly. He felt the company was not paying for his work, but for control over his time.
CEO: But commitment matters.
HR: So do boundaries. He finished his work, met expectations, and left on time. But instead of that being seen as professionalism, it was treated like a lack of loyalty.
CEO: People should not rush out of the office.
HR: He was not rushing out. He was simply leaving when the workday ended.
CEO: Still, it did not look right.
HR: That is exactly why he left. He realized very quickly that even with better pay, the culture expected presenteeism over performance.
CEO: That is unfortunate.
HR: Yes. We offered him double the salary, but also gave him a preview of a workplace where leaving on time becomes a character issue.
CEO: So what are you saying?
HR: If employees are judged for having boundaries, then no amount of money will make them stay.
A higher salary can attract people. But if respect for time is missing, it will not keep them.
@charliekirk11@NJankov1 Not 100% on board with this take. Our forefathers fought a bloody war as well. America emerged from that war. Nobody said it would be easy. Trump has given Iranians an opportunity. The potential loss of life is not a convincing argument to keep a theocratic dictator in place.
I always laugh at yo-yo’s who don’t have the 1st clue what information the President had that forced this decision. Even politicians who despise him but were briefed on the situation seem to agree with this operation. I guess lotta podcasters know better. 😂. Gotta keep the lights on somehow. Borderline traitors if you ask me. Iran is a terror nation with a long history of some of the worst human rights atrocities in the world. Nobody disputes that fact. They hate Americans. They hate Israel. They hate all Jews. They hate the West. They would kill us all if given the chance. They just murdered tens of thousands of their own people. The rest of the Middle East is on our side. The Iranian people are on our side. It isn’t that complicated to support our Troops and our country this morning. We are on the right side here. God Bless America . 🇺🇸
The Supreme Court defended the Constitution by rejecting the use of “emergency” powers to impose taxes. Tariffs are taxes and the power to declare them belongs to the Congress. This goes beyond this case. No future administration, including a socialist one, can use “emergency” powers to get around Congress and tax by decree.
@stoolpresidente@Seahawks We tried to tell you. You guys were 1-2 against teams with a winning record in the regular season. It wasn’t a surprise at all.
