Keep this in mind -

10 mins of throwing is 5 mins per person (thx Andy Mckay).

Factor in the ball in the air + exchange, and ur looking at ~3 1/2 mins per person.

Everyone works hard at practice when coach is watching, but the "rage to master" is different.

You don't get to this point without a sense of urgency. I'm not even sure it can be developed but you can tell right away which guys have it.
