@Destiny2Team Genuine question regarding these perks - are they locational specific? Like if perk 3 had (in a specific order least or most desirable to the opposite) lets say perk three has envious, outlaw, ambitious, kill clip.

Would it prioritize top perks, bottom perks or middle perks?

I personally love the season and I understand you all are getting backlash cause of the "short story" "worthless weapons" or whatever they're all saying and personally I absolutely love the season, the story even though not finished yet seems to be intriguing

Its just not really the correct way to deal with the entire "destiny" fantasy.. even when this episode is gone and we can farm the exotic mission for the weapons its still going to be mind numbingly annoying.. if we could craft these we can go "yay! Tangled shore guns!"
