@MeganSuspended Terrible bike lane, asking for trouble.
But, technically speaking truck in the wrong, no question about it. Poor bike lane design just makes it more likely that these kind of accidents will occur.
@Brunoi1223@1116sen Disagree. You want to be an immature and arrogant antagonist, then be prepared for backlash. Otherwise, it’s a matter of maturity versus immaturity in which case it isn’t ok either way but we tolerate it because “he’s young” (aka immature)
@rockwiz38 How salty were the ex-hawks commentators.
What Hodgey is saying is that Ginni is immature and Ken should be more mature. Except when Ginni does it they all say “ohhh it’s good for the game”. Well only good when it doesn’t offend the sooky little ex-hawk commentator babies
@FitzySA This case demonstrates that Jack Ginnivan’s behaviour is enjoyed for its immaturity. if it was anything other than immaturity then Ken's behaviour would have been enjoyed equally.
The ex-hawk commentators (@LHodge15 and @JordanLewisO3) were hilariously bitter and obnoxious.
@Hessu357@evaninsky It’s interesting how ideals seem to oscillate between trusted and trustless systems. From my perspective, trustless systems are not human. Human-to-human systems must have some trust. Maybe not in the record keeping, but certainly in the real world transaction
@Hessu357@evaninsky I’m finding this topic fascinating. I guess the current extractive economy broadly only recognises contributions that are monetised and structured via some type of contract, typically such as a longer term employment contract. Where/how do you recommend learning more?
@Hessu357@evaninsky OK, I’m still struggling with it. By the way, love Holochain but would love to understand these elements more - as an example, I work in oncology, and hopefully I’ll never have to be a consumer of the services I support the provision of. But the money I earn I spend elsewhere
