Huge myth: If you didn’t play at a high level, you can’t coach/teach the game OR if you did play at a high level, then you can coach/teach the game. Neither of these is true. Coaching & teaching the game have absolutely nothing to do with how good your were or where you played!

Spouses of coaches are a different breed. They hold down the fort while we’re physically and mentally gone for months. They deal with our attitudes when we lose and come home with a roller coaster of emotions. And don’t really reap financial benefits of it either 😅
As an athlete, your biggest problem in games isn't making mistakes. It's your negative response to making mistakes. Once you learn to stay positive after making mistakes, you'll perform much better in games.
