@AvantiWestCoast Yes it is with Avanti, hence my contacting you. I am sure if you are cancelling trains already for Friday (mine being cancelled) then there will be no issue. But yes I will check back tomorrow

Due to lack of staff our journey this morning from Leeds to LDN KX was unable to offer a 1st class service. No catering was available.
As a regular traveller with LNER I understand the situation but am mindful of cost vs service. How can this be resolved? J
