However, despite these repeated reminders, the technical problem has reportedly not yet been resolved, and no effective solution has been communicated to us so far. Please intervene urgently.

@EpfoMuzaffarpur cited a technical glitch. They are citing this issue since June. As per the information provided by the @EpfoMuzaffarpur, they have also sent repeated reminders to the National Data Centre of EPFO regarding the issue.

[Deepak Mishra @JournlistDeepak]

@EpfoMuzaffarpur @PMOIndia @narendramodi @socialepfo @LabourMinistry @mansukhmandviya @officialepfo ...We therefore request you to clearify technical issue, the reason for the prolonged delay, and a definite timeline for resolution and commencement of the pension. Plz resolve this issue ASAP. Thanks

@EpfoMuzaffarpur @PMOIndia @narendramodi @socialepfo @LabourMinistry @mansukhmandviya @officialepfo ...The continued non-payment of the pension is causing serious difficulties for the dependent in meeting basic living expenses....

@officialepfo @PMOIndia @narendramodi @socialepfo @LabourMinistry @mansukhmandviya @EpfoMuzaffarpur Thanks for taken cognizance. However, I am extremely frustrated with the continued inaction and delay by @EpfoMuzaffarpur for 9 months without giving any clear timeline or reason.Eventually, I had to bring my grievance to your attention.I hope that prompt action will now be taken.
