I see the government propaganda is catching fire. Many of my Luo friends are adopting a siege mentality and are now “fully” behind Ruto. We are now in government they say, we have suffered, don’t dare disrespect or contradict Baba. Baba pod pek.

The Kalenjins are adopting “our son is being persecuted” narrative , why didn’t Uhuru experience this ? They ask. How about Kibaki? Please let our son rule in peace, you know , steal in peace , maim in peace , pillage in peace and kill in peace. After all this is what government does.

The political establishment has hapless Kenyans right where they want them to be , against each other separated by tribe. Keep count of the lives lost , no single politician will be killed.

In all this chaos we have lost sight of even why young Kenyans devoid of tribe took to the streets. Most of my Kikuyu, Luo and Kalenjin friends are living through hell under the weight of poor governance, corruption and hopelessness.

When you wake up from your drunken stupor and tantrum remember the game of musical chairs has began. Defend Ruto , Raila and Gachagua with all your might and you’ll be here ranting with ignorance in a few years when Ruto and Gachagua are back together or Gachagua is endorsing Raila for President.
