Spent 6 months of the back end of last year homeless and living in a caravan stressed to the hilt. Fast forward to now picking our furniture and counting down the weeks till me and Chris become homeowners. The bad times soon blow over you’ve just got to stay positive 🥰
Things I used to believe:
- food ate after 6pm will be stored as fat
- calories don’t matter, as longs as you’re eating healthy food
- intermittent fasting is best for fat loss
- sleep isn’t that important
- fasted cardio is better for fat loss
