Marketing is full of strategies and tactics to improve performance to achieve a goal. I want to take these same frameworks and apply them to something bigger. Human performance and optimization. Stay tuned!
Breaking: Conor McGregor will face Max Holloway in the main event at UFC 329 in Las Vegas, @DanaWhite announced on social media.

Exclusive: Meta is installing new tracking software on US-based employees' computers to capture mouse movements, clicks and keystrokes to train its AI models, the company told staffers in internal memos seen by Reuters https://t.co/eKvtBZGqWe
Two things I have noticed around AI at work. If someone uses AI to help them do their job they are excited. If you use AI to do someone’s job they become apprehensive. AI adoption should be thought through a lens of employee benefit rather than a business benefit.
I started @DellTech from a dorm room @UTAustin, and it shaped everything that followed. Building Dell showed me what’s possible when a company grows alongside a top-tier research university in a city that fuels new ideas.
For more than 25 years, Susan and I have partnered with UT on nearly 200 projects to expand educational opportunity, advance research, reinvent medical education, and strengthen life in Austin. Today, we’re making a new commitment to help build what comes next in health and life sciences — bringing our total giving to UT to more than $1 billion.
We’re excited about what this will make possible for people in Austin, across Texas, and far beyond for generations to come. 🤘

I’ve been hearing this more and more. What I love about insights. Changing assumptions and providing the reality. Especially with the unknown future surrounding AI.
Personalization in marketing has always been the goal: speaking to millions as if each conversation is personal. Today, with abundant data, advanced tools, and AI, we can deliver truly holistic experiences—integrating lifestyle, preferences, and real-time insights. In health & wellness, this should be the default approach, not a nice-to-have. It’s been getting embraced, but it needs to become the industry standard. The tech exists. The data is there.
😳 Georges St-Pierre says cardio trainings are useless in MMA:
“I don’t really believe in cardio if you’re a combat athlete, I believe in efficiency.
Even if you’re in a better shape than me, but if I’m more efficient than you, you’ll get tired before me.
If you’re an athlete — efficiency is your number one goal. You focus on skill, technique and efficiency.”

Bringing an A/B testing setup personal improvement.
1: Determine current stage of goal.
2: Begin and establish tactical plan and time duration for approach A.
3: Measure improvement growth.
4: Begin and complete approach B.
5: Evaluate growth rate between each approach.
@christiangori96@ekpodar Agreed, more complexity taking all the factors into play to plan and implement an effective marketing campaign. Especially given AI is reducing the barrier in developing.
Some runners are paying more attention to glucose data, but numbers only matter if they help you fuel smarter.
The goal isn’t perfection. It’s learning how your body responds to training, meals, and recovery so you can make better choices for performance and energy.

Optimization simply means making something as effective and efficient as possible — maximizing what works, minimizing what doesn't.
A continuous loop of testing, adjusting, and measuring.
I use this same framework for turning strength training into a data-driven system.
Everyone talks about ChatGPT because it has the most monthly active users, but no one really talks about Meta AI.
Just check out the most popular LLMs by active users.
Meta is really close behind ChatGPT. And Gemini is growing fast.
Of course, not all users use each platform in the same way, but Meta and Google have such large user bases that it's easy for them to direct a portion of their traffic to whatever they want.
Don't just optimize for ChatGPT.
