It is a scam company, their ROs are faulty. Mine started leaking immediately after installation. I am calling them daily morning and evening but its been 5 days and they have not sent anybody. They daily tell me that issue will be resolved. It did not happen yet.

I still haven't received any call from the past 2 days after a lot of promises from the sbi card.. same reply is being provided every time like below.

I declined to provide the details when I received another verification call that was also showing as a spam number. I already provided all the verification details before. That is the only reason my card got declined which should be reconsidered

@excitel_rocks your broadband is not rocking at all. It is worst, i may loose my job if i solely depend on you. Frequent disconnection is happening in every 2 days. Complaint almost 20 times still no improvement. Please close your connection and refund my money.

Calling daily from past 12 days, absolutely no help is provided. Executives Cutting calls in middle of the conversation. Even closing the complaint tickets raised marking as resolved. Do I need to go to consumer forum?

@flipkartsupport Product is not getting delivered neither getting cancelled. No help is being provided by @flipkartsupport's end and customer care. Promised delivery date was 18 August.
