@R_and_Invest Not dumb. An equity offering is an expensive way to finance capex. Going FCF negative, then filling up with debt & now an equity raise? Is debt too expensive? Why? That's a concern for all AI. Also dont like dual class structure, almost never in shareholders' best interest.

@g_michalski @TweetsbyCoachP Exactly. In my experience the high academic kid has a very hard time finding the right fit. The ivy plus spots are more competitive than people understand. And yes, there's not much academic merit money at that level.

@g_michalski @TweetsbyCoachP Yeah ivy plus D3 with a 1500+ SAT might get you in or looked at but won't necessarily get you any academic money. Your SAT at those schools is average. My two boys both play baseball at UCHICAGO.
