@Uber_Support i was charged for a trip that never happened. The driver didn’t attempt to pick us up or come to the pick up location but went straight to the destination and completed the trip so i was charged for the trip. Uber help has not been helpful so far. Any help please?

I have asked my isp if they can escalate my request with chorus but they said they cant until chorus contacts them. We are very desperate at the moment as we cant afford for our roomate to lose his job and i cant risk falling behind uni. could i get some help please
