Kansas City police department claims that two of the cops in this clip have been "disciplined" for attacking a man they assumed didn't pay for a $5 pizza.

Not only did he have a receipt showing he paid, he was also not legally required to show it.

It would be wonderful to know what kind of discipline these out-of-control cops face for attacking a citizen like this. One would think assault charges would be in order. I certainly hope they young man files a lawsuit.
