@FrancisDaunt @_BTO @SRUC @howellsrj We are seeing unusually large numbers of Auks feeding inshore this year. Could this not be normal mortality, only it usually happens miles out to sea and is not noticed? they seem healthy and are diving for food but dead ones are very thin.
