Until land is offered, I see this delay is a veiled refusal.

@stephcox2021 I was blow away by this! It was a medical crisis! I have a child with epilepsy. It’s scary that ambulance and police responders don’t understand this. Add to the fact without a medical crisis this is disgusting!!!
