BREAKING: The Shanghai silver price premium over Western prices is up to a record $11/oz.

The gap has QUADRUPLED over the last few weeks.

By comparison, the previous record was ~$7/oz in 2011.

This comes as Shanghai silver prices jumped to a record $105/oz, while Western silver prices are at a record $94/oz.

Such extreme premiums indicate severe physical silver shortages in China and massive domestic demand that cannot be met.

Furthermore, export restrictions from China, where silver is widely used in electric vehicles and solar panels, have squeezed the global market.

Physical silver demand is out of control.
