Hi @JAL_official_jp I have flights with family booked with you that include a connecting flight with Malaysia, all on a JAL ticket. I have seat reservations for JAL flight but can’t reserve the MAS seats. MAS say only you can do this. Can you help?

@TimHortons this morning I bought breakfast and 8 donuts. Only 4 of the donuts were provided. The jam filled ones are missing. Realised just now when we opened the bag they came in. Feeling completely ripped off.
