Jio fiber pathetic service. We have had no internet for 2 days now. Have sent several emails. Gone on the app complained multiple times. They were to come today but now message reads as on hold! One of the worst service providers and they don't respond to emails

@mahanagargas Customer Service team is not responding but only registering complaint. There is no action taken. My concern is when will I get my connection? Please refer my previous inquiry and emails to Customer care support.
