Movie of the Night
Goldfinger (1964)
Dir. - Guy Hamilton
These are becoming hard to deny. Oozing with charm, exotic locales, classic 60โs/70โs production design, the badass intro sequencesโฆ So effortlessly cool.
Won't catch my ass engaging in "hipster music" arguments. I've got stuff to do. [someone younger than me slights "Halcyon Digest"] Now wait a fucking second asshole
@Otrips12 Potter crushed it at Brighton but looked completely clueless at Chelsea. Arteta had no prior head coaching experience and built a world class squad in 4-5 years.
Itโs too tough to predict. I just have to be optimistic until proven otherwise.
@Otrips12 Thatโs a very real possibility, if weโre being honest. Liverpool ainโt Bournemouth.
For as much as I love what he did there, Iโm tempering my expectations a bit.
Movie of the Night
Dr. No (1962)
Dir. - Terence Young
The OG. Iโve never sat down to watch these goofy ass classic James Bond movies, so this should be a good time.
no one shows more chronically online behaviour than your friend who despises their job but has no choice but to stay there because the job market is so shitty
@CUCretin It was well worth it. Still have a couple of the solo efforts left but with a few exceptions it was one of the more consistently excellent filmographies that Iโve done a full dive into.
