UNEC students led a massive protest against schools authorities after they were demanded to pay a development levy of N30k.

Apparently it is reported that they were stopped from writing their exams.

The DVC UNEC instructed that exams should go on and this 30k shouldn't disturb the school, it's exams and the environment.

It makes me wonder, if he, The Provost has his umbilicus tied to the fact that we must make this payment.
