@ubereats_uk ordered a 4 person pizza meal from @wearerudyspizza delivered via Uber. Driver arrived with drinks & dips - no food. Rudys weren’t interested & Uber only refunding me the missing food ….apparently I still have to pay delivery etc @ubereats_uk -really! Not happy 😡

@TicketmasterCS How can I speak to someone in person regarding my non-delivery of tickets? The back and forward emails is not working for me!

[Judith Parish @JudithParish6]

@TicketmasterCS my event is on 30th September and no tickets have arrived. Says on my account tickets will be posted out! What do I do if they don’t arrive - collect @ venue box office? This causes unneeded stress!

@TicketmasterUK Elbow concert in 3 days time ….still no tickets ! & TM are too busy to respond - any suggestions? Been waiting for this gig for 2 yrs!

[Judith Parish @JudithParish6]

@TicketmasterCS I’ve just literally had a response- so no need to escalate. Thanks

[Judith Parish @JudithParish6]

@TicketmasterCS Yes it does - but shows as cancelled

[Judith Parish @JudithParish6]

@TicketmasterCS Hi - I booked tickets to see Elbow in Manchester May 20 - but there was a problem with my e-tickets and they never showed in the wallet. Want to get replacement tickets for rescheduled event. Please DM me. Thanks

[Judith Parish @JudithParish6]

@TicketmasterCS Yes it does - but then the attachment shows it as being cancelled. It was never cancelled- there was a website error when I first booked the tickets and I was allocated the wrong date - I requested to transfer to the Saturday concert date, but the tickets never appeared!
