Today, I visited my master thesis placement, Olymlic Sports Centre Papendal, to submit my thesis for publication!
I am grateful for the growth and excited for what lies ahead in advancing biomechanics!

Last sunday I attended the 42nd edition of the FBK Games in Hengelo!
Had the pleasure to attend this amazing event as a biomechanist to collect video images to analyze the performance of these elite athletes!
Such a great experience😄
Does anyone have experience using the @FlightScopeATH system? We're trying to validate it for use in shot put and discus @Papendal & have lots of questions (which the company can't answer...). Thanks! https://t.co/LsKYVzPrTM @JudithVerlaek@ISBSOFFICIAL
Today I was the subject for the demo of @OpenSimSU for my fellow intern. Not my best performance of this trick but really fun to see how just two cameras can pick up the movement so nicely!

Since February I have been an intern at the national sport center Papendal in the Netherlands, where I have been helping out with numerous tests within mainly track and field alongside my own research which is a validation study on the FlighScope device!
A new introduction to Twitter!
I am a human movement sciences master student about to graduate and enter the world of sport science.
This account is to find the newest insights in the world of biomechanics and sport science, share my own experiences and to expand my network 😄
