Having continuous problems with my phone….keeps cutting me off mid call….have been in store several times who refer me to customer service who say no network problem so must be issue with the phone but getting nowhere! Will escalate if not resolved

Have shopped with you several times and yes you DO have my email address. Ordered on the 21/1/24 so waiting for email to say birthday item had been dispatched but nothing so called only to be told they no longer have the item but still charged.
