I was proud to speak at Labour Conference this morning in support of the motion on violence against women and girls. For too long victims arenβt believed or supported. We need a Labour Government so my story can never happen again. #Lab24#Survivor
13 hour wait
They were shortstaffed lack of doctors and nurses and hca. The consultant told me this situation was incredibly difficult and shouldn't be happening and I should complain. I wasn't the only person. Scary to be sat on waiting room floor thinking is this heart attack.
@peter_levy I was at A & E in Scunthorpe last week went in with severe chest pains I previously had a widow maker heart attack in 2020. Two hours before I even saw triage and not given painkillers for several hours place was packed I was sat on waiting room floor.

Tomorrow, I'll be proudly carrying the Baton of Hope in North Lincolnshire, a powerful symbol of solidarity and support for those affected by suicide. As I walk with the baton, I'll be thinking of all those who've been touched by this devastating loss. I'm here to listen+ support
My dad sadly passed on 16th august and today I am heading to the LGA leadership academy I know dad would have wanted this he was so proud I was doing the course one of my biggest champions.
So despite feeling heartbroken I will give it my all x
