အခုဆို ကမ္ဘာ့ကုလသမဂ္ဂအဖွဲ့ကြီးရဲ့ (၇၉) ကြိမ်မြောက် အထွေထွေညီလာခံ စတင် ကျင်းပနေပါပြီ။ ဒီနှစ်မှာလည်း ကုလသမဂ္ဂအဖွဲ့ကြီးအနေနဲ့ ပြည်သူ့အစိုးရ NUG နဲ့ ပြည်သူ့ သံအမတ်ကြီး ဦးကျော်မိုးထွန်းတို့ကို လက်ခံအသိအမှတ်ပြုပေးဖို့ ပြည်သူများက မဖြစ်မနေ တောင်းဆိုတိုက်ပွဲဝင်သွားကြမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ တရားဝင်မှုအရေးတိုက်ပွဲ (Credential Campaign) ကို ပြည်သူအားလုံးက ဝိုင်းဝန်းကြိုးပမ်း‌၊ ဆင်နွှဲကြသွားကြမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ တချိန်တည်းမှာပဲ ကမ္ဘာ့ကုလသမဂ္ဂ စင်မြင့်ထက်မှာ ဖက်ဆစ်အကြမ်းဖက် စစ်အုပ်စုကို “ ဘူးငြင်းဆန်” လုံးဝ လက်မခံဖို့၊ အသိအမှတ် မပြုဖို့ တောင်းဆိုကြရမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။��
ယခုချိန်ဟာ ဆိုးသွမ်းယုတ်မာတဲ့ နေရာမှာ ကမ်းကုန်နေပြီဖြစ်တဲ့ စစ်အာဏာရှင် ပေးတဲ့ ဒုက္ခဘေးဒဏ်တွေအပြင်၊ ရောဂါကပ်ဘေးနဲ့ သဘာဝဘေးဖြစ်တဲ့ ရေဘေးဒဏ်တွေကြား မိဘပြည်သူများရဲ့ ကိုယ်စိတ်နှစ်ပါးစလုံးဟာ အင်မတန် ကြေကွဲ ထိခိုက် နေရတဲ့အချိန် ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ လူတွေအသက်ကို ကယ်ဖို့ထက်၊ လူတွေရဲ့ ဘဝကို ဖျက်စီးဖိနှိပ်နေတဲ့ မအလ စစ်အုပ်စုကတော့ “ ဘယ်သူ သေသေ ငတေမာရင် ပြီးရော” ဆိုပြီး သူတို့အာဏာနဲ့ အကျိုးစီးပွား ခိုင်မြဲရေးအတွက် လူထု ဘယ်လို ဘေးမျိုးနဲ့ ကြုံကြုံစနစ်ကျတဲ့ ကူညီမှု၊ ကယ်ဆယ်မှု၊ တာဝန်ယူ တာဝန်ခံမှုဆိုတာ ရှိနေမှာမဟုတ်ပါဘူး။
မြန်မာပြည်က လူထုရဲ့ ဒုက္ခအထွေထွေတွေကို စာနာနားလည်မှုအပြည့်၊ မြန်မာပြည်သူများရဲ့ ရုန်းကန် တိုက်ပွဲဝင်နေမှုတိုင်းကို လေးစားမှုရှိစွာနဲ့ ကမ္ဘာ့ကုလသမဂ္ဂစင်မြင့်ထက်ကနေ သံတမန်ရေးတိုက်ပွဲ ကို ဆင်နွှဲပြီး လူထုနဲ့ အတူ ရပ်တည်အသံထုတ် နေသူကတော့ သံအမတ်ကြီး ဦးကျော်မိုးထွန်းဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
ကမ္ဘာ့ကုလသမဂ္ဂလို အဖွဲ့အစည်းကြီးမှာ မြန်မာပြည်သူလူထုကို ကိုယ်စားပြုတဲ့ သံအမတ်ကြီး ဦးကျော်မိုးထွန်း ရှိနေခြင်းသည် ဒီပြည်သူ့နွေဦးတော်လှန်ရေးကြီးရဲ့ အင်မတန်မှ ထူးခြားကောင်းမွန်လှတဲ့ အားသာချက်ကြီးတရပ် ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံမှာ ရှေးယခင် ဘယ်တော်လှန်ရေးအချိန်အခါမှာမှ မရှိဖူး၊ မရဖူးတဲ့ အခွင့်အရေးလည်း ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ သံအမတ်ကြီး ဦးကျော်မိုးထွန်းဟာ ကမ္ဘာကြီးနဲ့ နိုင်ငံတကာ အသိုင်းအဝိုင်းက သိရှိနားလည်ဖို့အတွက် မြန်မာလူထုရဲ့အသံကို ကုလသမဂ္ဂစင်မြင့်ထက်မှာ တရားဝင် ထုတ်ဖော်ပြောဆိုနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ အဲဒီလိုအခွင့်အရေးမျိုးက သံအမတ်ကြီးတဦးတည်းမှာသာ ရှိပါတယ်။ ဒါ့ကြောင့် မြန်မာလူထုရဲ့ အသံကို မြန်မာ့သံအမတ်ကြီးက နိုင်ငံတကာ အသိုင်းအဝိုင်းမှာ ဆက်လက် လက်ကမ်း တင်ပြ၊ ဆက််သွယ်၊ ထုတ်ဖော်ပေးနိုင်ဖို့ဆို လက်ရှိနေရာကို ဆက်လက် ရရှိနေဖို့ အထူးလိုအပ်ပါတယ်။
ကမ္ဘာ့ကုလသမဂ္ဂအဖွဲ့ကြီးရဲ့ အဓိက တာဝန်တွေက ကမ္ဘာ့ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေး၊ လုံခြုံရေးနဲ့ တရားမျှတမှုတို့ကို ဆောင်ကြဉ်းပေးနိုင်ဖို့ ဖြစ်တယ်လို့ နားလည်ပါတယ်။ ဖက်ဆစ်အကြမ်းဖက်စစ်အုပ်စုဟာ ပြည်သူ့အသက် အိုးအိမ်စည်းစိမ်ကို အချိန်နဲ့အမျှ အကြမ်းဖက်နေတယ်၊ သတ်ဖြတ်နေတယ်၊ ဖျက်ဆီးနေပါတယ်။ ဒီဖက်ဆစ်အုပ်စုဟာ ရာဇဝတ်မှုမျိုးစုံကို ကျူးလွန်နေတဲ့ စစ်ရာဇဝတ်ကောင်တွေ ဖြစ်ကြတယ်။ မြန်မာပြည်သူတရပ်လုံးက အကြမ်းဖက်စစ်အုပ်စုကို လုံးဝ လက်မခံကြဘူးဆိုတာကို ဖိနှိပ်မှုမျိုးစုံကြားကနေ အချိန် (၃) နှစ်ခွဲ ကြာမြင့်သည်အထိ ပုံစံမျိုးစုံနဲ့ ဖော်ထုတ်ပြသကြလျက်ပါ။
သန်းနဲ့ချီတဲ့ မြန်မာပြည်သူတရပ်လုံး “ဘူး" ငြင်းဆန်၊ ဆန့်ကျင်နေတဲ့ စစ်ရာဇဝတ်ကောင်တွေဖြစ်ကြတဲ့ အကြမ်းဖက် အာဏာသိမ်းစစ်အုပ်စုကို ကမ္ဘာကြီးက လက်ပိုက်ကြည့်မနေဘဲ ထိုက်သင့်သလို ပြစ်ဒဏ်စီရင်၊ တုန့်ပြန်ကြဖို့လည်း တောင်းဆိုအပ်ပါတယ်။ ဒါမှသာလျှင် အမှန်တရား၊ တရားမျှတမှုနဲ့ ကမ္ဘာ့ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးတို့ကို အမှန်တကယ် လိုလား၊ ထိန်းသိမ်း၊ ကာကွယ်လိုပါတယ်ဆိုတဲ့ ကမ္ဘာ့ကုလသမဂ္ဂအဖွဲ့ကြီး တည်ရှိစုဖွဲ့ရခြင်းဟာ အဓိပ္ပာယ်ရှိတဲ့ တည်ရှိခြင်း၊ အကျိုးရှိတဲ့ တည်ရှိခြင်း ဖြစ်ပါလိမ့်မယ်။
ပြည်သူ‌အပေါင်းတို့ခင်ဗျား-
ပြည်သူ့အစိုးရ NUG အတွက်၊ ကုလ သံအမတ်ကြီး ဦးကျော်မိုးထွန်းအတွက် တရားဝင်မှုအရေးတိုက်ပွဲ (Credential Campaign) ကို ပြည်သူအားလုံးက ဝိုင်းဝန်းကြိုးပမ်း‌၊ ဆင်နွှဲကြဖို့ အချိန်ကျရောက်လာပါပြီ။ ဒီအတွက် မြေပြင်ကော၊ အွန်လိုင်းမှာပါ (Online, On-ground) လူထုတိုက်ပွဲ၊ လူထု လှုပ်ရှားမှုတွေ အများကြီးဆင်နွှဲကြဖို့ လိုအပ်မှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။�
“ပြည်သူ့အားကို အများကြီး လိုအပ်ပါတယ်ခင်ဗျား..” ဘေးဒုက္ခအသွယ်သွယ်ကြားကနေ ပြည်သူချင်း ပေါင်းစည်း၊ ဖေးမမှုတွေနဲ့အတူ သက်လုံနဲ့ ခံနိုင်ရည်အားကို မြှင့်တင်ကြပါစို့။ အားလုံးအတူတကွ ဝိုင်းကြ၊ ဝန်းကြ တိုက်ပွဲဝင်ကြပါစို့။
