@ruima It's the money printing cycle that really needs to end - that'll be the real reset button. Until that happens I think we'll see money deployed in a whole bunch of speculative ways based on the winds at the time...
@JohnnyVenerable It's a legit take based on college performance against the top defenses the Irish played last season. Not saying it's going to be true, but at least go back and at least look at the game stats from ND vs. the U and vs. the Aggies...
@theo_mackie Laying off big changes on the defense might turn out good might not - they're banking on internal development + better injury luck. IOL upgrades were needed - RT might be an upgrade in runblocking - identity becomes run game. QB room isn't Anderson, Skelton, and Hall = C grade.
@Kyle_Odegard Yeah pretty hard to not immediately go to calling out the "team president" for not competing where he can (facilities, treatment of players and their families, etc.) and enabling plenty of questionable decisions.
@GeraldBourguet@SunsAfterDark At the end of last season I thought we were staring down the barrel of a decade of not much hope - so yeah, I'm still pretty darn happy about this team.
@TheAZsportsfan1 Y'all are just too scarred - if this guy ends up as DWash 2.0 without the off field issues or even better that would make a huge difference on the defense.
@BoBrack This is about what I thought - it's actually decent for Monti, and shows if he can improve the hit rate just 10-15% it can be elite. The problem is he has to be elite at it because he's held back by a terrible owner plus his FA acquisitions and trades.
