@KatyDornbos I created a lab where we made brownies but all the amounts were changed to new units - 1 cups became 8 oz or 256 grams. Then I removed all units. Trying to show importance of knowing the units in problems. The brownies we made were very interesting.
@duranduranx22@TeacherEdBU My dist went 1-to-1 last year during covid. Sec Ss get to take home. Elem leave at school. Chromebooks or ipads. Tech dept helps us get access to new teacher, software options. I teach HS, we have lots of tech classes - coding, computer build, etc.

@windbarb Stats need context. It could also be that large parts of country where spotters are trained there is very low %PoC (my area), skewing results. I know this isn't true nationwide & 90% is very high. But we need more context to analyze a random stat.
