I booked my flight with @bookingcom from Prague to Delhi via Frankfurt for the month of March 2023. My connecting flight from Frankfurt to Delhi was with @airindia Airlines. This flight was delayed by 2 days. It was supposed to fly on 16 March but flew on 18 March.

@airindia @bookingcom I don't understand what kind of blame game is going on in between @airindia and @bookingcom.

@airindia @bookingcom Update: I called @bookingcom customer service and they took half an hour on the phone just to tell the same excuse with no alteration in the sentence and words that @airindia has not authorized the refund and they will escalate my case.

Even some of my co-passengers have got their refund ages ago who booked their tickets via other third parties like @EaseMyTrip.

Now, it's been months since I haven't got any refund from @bookingcom and if I call them the only answer I have got till now is that @airindia has not refunded it to them yet. I don't know who is at fault and I don't care.
