@TheAA_UK my 21 year old son has been waiting 4 hours for a recovery truck to bring his car home after first initial check. Isolated area, delayed to 10.50pm, now 8.30pm after a call. Your quite happy to take £500 off us for this and allegedly he’s apparently priority!!! Really!!

Update. 1 month later, sadly dad passed away and nothing from Axa even after a call today. What’s the point in having insurance? TUI you need to rethink who you recommend @TUIUK @axainsurance

You put a claim in as you couldn’t go away, as your dad ended up in A&E with pneumonia and is now on palliative care, you’ve had to ask the hospital for a letter-done. And then you want a medical certificate????? Who for??? #
