People deserve better. We deserve actual news! Not the same sentence repeated multiple times and less than a full minute on stories. If selling commercials during this time is so profitable, wouldn’t they be more so if there were less of them? Scarcity creates demand…

@ABC #WorldNewsTonight felt so much like it wasn’t news, but really just a commercial block. So I timed it. In a 30 minute program, we got 15 mins 18 seconds of news and 11 minutes of commercials, not including the 2 mins after you said goodnight. Here’s what that looked like:
