Can you imagine the abuse I would have taken if I had reminded our volunteers that Christmas is coming. Sadly another example of the DT wilfully find things to make people angry about.

@BritishGasHelp I'm trying to give you my elderly in-laws final meter readings but you say I can't do it on the phone and no one is available on the chat - at 87 and 93 years old they don't have an online account so what are we meant to do?
@premierinn Hi Shaun, I managed to get through to the hotel to all sorted now but bearing in mind you're a hotel chain and open every day it seems a bit of an oversight that your customer services are only open Mon-Fri ๐ฌ
@premierinn I need to amend a room booking before 1pm tomorrow but I can't amend it online (apparently there's an issue?!), your customer service centre is only open Mon-Fri and no one at the hotel is answering the phone... please advise! Julie
@TravelodgeUK Hey Travelodge, I've just amended two bookings for Saver rate rooms but have been charged a ยฃ10 amendment fee per room not the ยฃ5 fee per booking detailed on your website ๐คจ
@UPS Sorry Mayra, have doubled checked and it travelled with USPS across the USA not UPS but thanks for replying, something @Hermesparcels have yet to do.....
@Hermesparcels why is my parcel on its way back to the retailer without any attempt being made to deliver it to me? It's travelled all across the USA and the Atlantic with @UPS only to reach you, sit in your depot for a while then be sent back, without any explanation ๐
