I could talk to you all about what #T1Diabetes is all about
Or you could have a listen to this eloquent piece from @Jazzsethi95

The longer you have had to live with an unforgiving condition like #T1Diabetes?
The dramatic change the bigger
We start to move into adults
If you don’t live it?
Try to appreciate the beast that is #T1D
And the change technology can bring
Onwards 😎 @NHSEngland#gbdoc 💙
A depiction of what #T1Diabetes is all about …
Most wonderful via @BT1DUK
Poignant and also why we keep working to improve lives for those who have this unforgiving, unremitting and relentless ‘condition’
Let’s keep at it amigos 💙
@DiabeticDadUK Or when your pump bleeps for low reservoir as you get into bed, so you say a prayer for minimal requirement overnight and hope for the best!😂 Would said PA work night shifts, do ya reckon?!

Absolutely stunning work from all systems & clinical teams
A focus- is always a focus.
Now? we do the same for #ClosedLoops
People...It...Can...Be...Done.
This happened today. Ecstatic is an understatement! The mental burden of striving to live a life of perfection on MDI is indescribable. I hope to feel that weight a little less now…
Lots to thank in my #T1D world, but so grateful to @parthaskar for being our voice.

We're excited to introduce our new film, ‘What a cure feels like’, celebrating our transformation to Breakthrough T1D!
The film features real people affected by type 1 diabetes (T1D) and captures the relentless nature of living with T1D and the hundreds of extra decisions made each day.
We would like to say a special thank you to @tara_humphrey and her daughter Tahlia, @LisWarren, @joem_ and his partner Salman and @Jonpeach5 who shared their experiences and worked alongside us to create this film.
Together, let's raise awareness and inspire hope for a future without T1D💙

A fascinating piece of work on #LanguageMatters#Diabetes - but with a focus on women - and some of the unique challenges - ignored by many due to bias- ‘unconscious’ or otherwise
Worth a read and a good addition to the series 💙

@diabetes_chat No pens or cartridges should ever be removed if on pump because of the need for back up. More education needed in primary care, I suspect.
Looking for clear guidance around peripartum management for pregnant patients on HCL, specifically in relation to emergency CS that may result in GA. If anyone could direct me to useful resources, it would be much appreciated! @TIME_research@parthaskar@WilmotEmma
