The reason the two-state solution is dead is that, during the 60-year period when the Israeli left held near-complete cultural hegemony and taught kids dance moves to songs like “I Was Born for Peace,” their contemporaries on the Arab side were strapping bombs to their children and sending them to murder Jews.

Over the years, the dissonance became to much, and the younger an Israeli, the more right-wing. And sadly for the Arabs of the former British Mandate, Israel is now much much more powerful, and it's a democracy, so they hold a veto.

Instead of getting the message and adapting the plan, the Israeli left doubled down and is now irrelevant.

Sometimes, history happens.

We studied the Armenian genocide, the Holocaust, and the Rwandan genocide, specifically. Students, piqued by curiosity, were asked to describe how these horrific events were similar and how they were different

Fast forward to 2026 and now 'genocide' is mainly used as a rhetorical weapon, meant to delegitimize Jewish peoplehood and to manufacture consent for the abuse and harassment of Jews

There is no attempt to understand the term or to learn about actual genocides. Few people who scream 'genocide' on here have ever read a book on the topic. Many, lacking reading comprehension skills, are simply incapable of doing so

Hej @svtnyheter, varför accepterar ni rakt av demonstranternas uppgift om att Hussam Abu Safiya greps för att han var läkare? Faktum är att han är överste inom Hamas. Han greps tillsammans med ca 240 terrorister som hade inrättat en militärbas/kommandocentral på Kamal Adwansjukhuset i Gaza.

Ett antal martyrannonser bekräftar att sjukvårdspersonal var aktiva medlemmar i både Hamas och Palestinska Islamiska Jihad.

Marockanska supportrar i Nederländerna samlades i området Schilderswijk (ett område med stor marockansk befolkning) efter förlusten mot Frankrike och skanderade antisemitiska slagord, bland annat:
• “All Jews are fags!”
• “Hamas! Hamas!”
• “Send the Jews back to the gas chambers!”
De viftade med marockanska och palestinska flaggor och riktade hatet mot judar/Israel och skyllde dem för förlusten. Enligt rapporter samlades de utanför en plats där de trodde att israeliska turister bodde.

Homeschooling is legal in Brazil but a judge has just sentenced two parents to 50 days in prison for “intellectual neglect” because their 11- and 15-year-old daughters, accomplished pianists and polyglots, received no classes on gender theory, sex education, tolerance, diversity and Afro-Brazilian culture.

The court argued that they would suffer in their personal lives and interactions with people of their own age from not knowing the Brazilian funk music style, which romantizes crime, life in favelas and is hyper-sexualized.

Apart from being accomplished pianists, the two girls speak Portuguese,
English and Latin. They also read 30+ classic books per year.

The judge was particularly worried when he heard that one of the daughters is particularly fond of Christian music and doesn’t know what funk music is. The judge accused the parents of using their daughters as tools in an “ideological war”
