@thetrainline I'm trying to get a refund on a train cancellation for the 16.07 out of Lime Street on Monday 23rd May, my birthday! When it took me nearly 3 hours to get home. Your website says I'm not entitled to a refund. Why?
Congratulations & thank you to the awesome businesses who took part in the #SmallBusinessStar fundraising campaign.
In total you small business stars raised over
⭐️175,000 for UK charities in need⭐️ Incredible!

@ToastFundraiser@FundEverywhere I've definitely been a broke consultant, everyone assumes you are raking it in and forgets the associated costs. We will get more diversity at conferences if you pay a speaker fee.

I've read some neg comments about charities on the back of this, like 'stop paying staff so much' or 'when you look at the books and see wage cost, it's a disgrace'.
While there will be some isolated poor practice, overall I think it's a dangerous attitude & wanted to respond:-
