@teortaxesTex It's so Claudey though. Deepseek and Kimi have their own style, they're legit models.
I cannot accept that GLM 5.2 is not a copy of Claude.
@rationalaussie Intelligence alone is sufficient to hack and secure cyberspace/internet forums.
Intelligence alone can conquer politics/communications within government, seize enormous amounts of money and the compute which rivals might be made in. Country of geniuses > rest of world.
Where are the apes and wolves or dogs that are as useful as LLMs? If animals are so smart, how come nobody's using them for their intellectual abilities?
There is no Ape Intelligence, there is only Artificial Intelligence because the latter is actually useful and clever.
Ted Chiang argues against octopus consciousness, apparently. Idk man.
I'm, um, genuinely uncertain about LLM consciousness, but this doesn't seem very serious.
@aelfred_D Europe and Asia combined would dumpster America then and now.
Great power war is a numbers game. Men, steel, engineers, shipyards, oil. Numbers dominate over military excellence, which the US never possessed anyway.
@interactiveGTS@xw33bttv All that may be true but you still need a longer prompt for good creative writing outputs. It'll be worse for one-sentence prompts than 5 paragraph prompts.
@xw33bttv You shouldn't expect a good result from such a tiny prompt. A good creative writing prompt is hundreds of words, you need to be explicit and give the meaning of what you're looking for.
Of course it'll brightwash a one-sentence ask!
