@givyjoe@MNicearbhaill@UPS @ParcelMotel @UPS_Ireland Hey! I did get mine at the end. I posted a LinkedIn post tagging parcelmotel and ups and in that same week I got a txt saying my parcel was delivered.
@MNicearbhaill@UPS @ParcelMotel @UPS_Ireland Have you raise a case with @CCPCIreland? They may be able to help! I raised one this afternoon as I don't know where else to go!
@Independent_ie You should look at @ParcelMotel as well! They are closing for business at the end of the month and leaving lots of customers with unanswered questions about their packages. Not responding to email and phone lines always busy!
@UPS I have 4 packages stuck in @ParcelMotel. I sent several emails and called several times with no reply. If you're ceasing the service, minimum you could do is make sure you communicate w/ customers and tell them when they will get their packages? Terrible service!
@ParcelMotel what is happening with your website? I have 4 packages with you and when I try to add payment card or top up I get an error. I already sent 2 emails and tried to call but I am redirected to email. This is really poor customer experience!
@MNicearbhaill @ParcelMotel Just saw it! But they don't say when they will release the packages. I assume it has to be before end of the month, since they r closing on the 31st
@seg_social_pt sempre a servir os portugueses no seu melhor. Acabo de receber uma carta a avisar-me de uma dívida com 4 anos, sem explicação da dívida em si. E sem qualquer posterior comunicação! 🤐
@CamileThai I am a huge fan of your food, however you need to improve the delivery timelines. I am waiting for my order for more than 1h30 minutes when delivery timelines said 30 Minutes. This is annoying
A scary start of 2021.
Ambulances queuing outside of overwhelmed hospitals.
The panic, the uncertainty of what to do with so many patients is the now the image of a country that lost the control over Covid a long time ago and, is now suffering the consequences.
Oh Portugal! 😔
New Zealand just passed 100 days without a single case of the coronavirus. Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern expressed pride at the country’s progress but cautioned ‘we still need to be vigilant regardless’ when speaking to reporters on Sunday.
