Reminder: Parents who choose Empowerment Scholarship Accounts opt out of full school funding (FY25 = $16.5K) in exchange for approx $7.5K (non-SPED) to use towards an education tailored to their child’s needs. Don’t take scholarships away from #AZ kids. #DeclinetoSign
The proposed anti-ESA ballot initiative hurts hardworking families and their children. For example, the proposed $150,000 income cap would disqualify an Arizona firefighter and nurse. As inflation continues to rise, more families will struggle to afford education options for their children. #DeclineToSign
Jeanette & thousands of other special needs parents are asking you to decline to sign the "Protect Education Accountability Now" ballot initiative. “ESA has been life-changing for our family and I truly believe that every child deserves that same opportunity.”
@HurtsNobody@AZlovesESAs Using left over ESA funds for college has been part of the original esa law since 2011 and was held up in the AZ supreme court!
Huge thanks to @ClarkRimsza & @AZlovesESAs for working to protect educational freedom in AZ!
As a mom and lifelong education advocate, I know that students win when families have a choice.
Join me in encouraging everyone you know to DECLINE TO SIGN any ESA petitions this year!
As a longtime supporter of educational freedom and home education, I was honored to serve as the commencement speaker for the 253 Arizona Families for Home Education Graduates. Congratulations to these outstanding students! May God continue to bless you.🎓
I’m Kimberly Yee and I am running for Superintendent of Public Instruction to end the current chaos at the Department of Education and restore competence to the system.
My record is clear:
✅ Pro-School Choice
✅ Pro-Academic Achievement
✅ 30-year Education Leader
Arizona parents deserve someone who will protect their children’s educational freedom.
I’m the only candidate who will do that.
I ask for your support in the Republican Primary this July.
Why are @AZHouseDems making weird videos about microwave burritos 👀 and ESAs and other democrats like @SenMarkKelly and @AZAGMayes trying to record themselves acting relatable? Out. Of. Touch.🤦♀️
Elected officials should act better.
Arizona families ❤️ school choice!

For @CraigHarrisNews to say that the auditor general determined that 34% of ESA monies were misspent based on a table that analyzed a total of 63 transactions is absurd. Plus, the largest identified issue on the chart was "missing documentation," which doesn't prove that money was misspent. And the footnote at the bottom explicitly stated that these figures should not be used to project for the entire program population. Either he is knowingly lying or he is too dumb to read a table.
Why is @SchoolChoiceNow working with the anti-school choice group Save Our Schools Arizona to gather signatures for their dual ballot petitions to regulate the ESA?
And why are their signature gatherers misleading voters about what they are signing?
Video evidence below! 1/
@CraigHarrisNews@12News You reported three different 20% figures, two of which were false and one of which is misleading.
Stop digging and start retracting!

In light of disgraced “journalist” Craig Harris duping someone from ADE into saying that ONE of Craig’s “20% ESA fraud” figures was accurate, it’s worth noting that he cited at least THREE different “20%” figures, two of which were false and one of which was true but misleading.
@Timcast Saw a family of 5 with black n95 masks shopping in kohl's just this week! And the crosswalk lady at the elementary school down the street faithfully wears one *outside*. SMH
@AZTreasurerYee ESA parents are happy to see this. Better tech can catch unallowed items faster, helping parents understand what is appropriate quickly instead of waiting 2 years for an audit. This frees up staff to answer pre-approval requests and provide better training.
