@TKMaxx_UK Staff didn’t remove a security tag from a blouse she bought in Ayr store £23.99 Following day she returned to store to have the tag removed. Staff refused and took the blouse from her as she didn’t have the receipt and wouldn’t check transaction history. This is theft

@BankofScotland It’s a pity you don’t give as much consideration into serving your customers in Ayr branch. One staff member serving, currently a queue of 11 people all of whom have been intercepted to ensure that personal service is required. Why is it so difficult to do face to face banking?
