@Elle__Chapo @munchiee_o So Russian manicures are super trendy, but a 3+ year study on 300 people who got these regularly found 91% of them suffered damage to the nail matrix (where nail cells are created) or nail bed. Some even had nerve damage. It’s just not worth the risk of permanent damage 💅💕
