Genuinely shocked by the experience at The Alloy King of Prussia during a conference with roughly 400 attendees. Plus they're hosting a wedding this weekend!

Room wasn’t ready at 4pm (check-in is 3pm).

Only ONE of three elevators working, with lines more than a dozen people deep just to get upstairs. I finally carried a case of water up the stairs because waiting for the elevator would’ve easily taken 30+ minutes.

With hundreds of conference guests — including some who medically cannot use the stairs — this is way beyond an inconvenience.

@Hilton , this property was clearly not prepared for this event. What is being done to fix this?
