@united how exactly do you lose an entire plane’s luggage? Flight 664 out of Las Vegas into Chicago and all of the passengers luggage is gone & nobody has a clue! I have no clothes! I want my stuff!

I do not. It was supposed to be there but never came. The customer service rep started handing out a paper with a number to call to get it delivered once they figured out where it was. Nobody knew. I left the airport because they didn’t know when it would be found!
