I do not wish to criticise any individual working for a housing association. But I saw a tweet from a customer services person yesterday, the tone of which showed why so many tenants are critical of how they are treated by their landlord. No empathy, no understanding, no help.
@NGoodrichHsg Just awful. I think stigma plays a part, that culture of superiority. Even in the context of community led housing I've experienced poor service and gaslighting, then seen how the focus shifts from poor performance to how demanding and difficult the tenants are. I'm weary of it.
