We remove the Arts, music, drama, Physical Ed. etc. and then wonder why students feel a disconnect w/ education. In the real world, these greatly influence their lives. Shouldn't the "connection" we always talk about in education be connecting to this real world as well?

Leaders can make a school an amazing place thrive and grow, or a dreaded place to endure.

Teachers are professionals & most w/ advanced degrees or certifications & they don’t make 15.00 hr for the hours they work. Work with states to get teachers a living wage so they don’t have to work 2 or 3 jobs to survive, which pay more per hr.
