@RentokilUK shocked by your appalling after care service. I have emailed the senior surveyor we were dealing with several times asking them to call my dad and he has now stopped replying to me. Also he confirmed someone would call my dad several weeks ago and nobody has bothered!
@Homebase_help shocking service I’m afraid to say. We ordered a basin 13 days ago, paid for it, finally get an email saying we need to book a delivery with DHL. It doesn’t recognise our booking number and we can’t get through to them! 😡

@thetrainline I am his PA and do all his bookings hence he has asked me to do as he doesn't have time to do it! There is a note on the system authorising me to contact you on his behalf. You aren't taking phone calls so how should he contact you anyway?
@thetrainline I’ve booked a couple of train journeys and tho I selected seat preference options when booking no seats were confirmed when the reservations were confirmed. How can I book seats on these journeys please?
@thetrainline I've completed this form, It was booked on Anil Khanna's account but i am his PA and do all the bookings (there is a note on his account to say i have permission to deal with his bookings). The journey is for this Thursday and i know this route normally offers seat bookings.
