@virginmedia why are you so completely inept? I used to pay my bill by DD on 26th called to change it to 1st as I get paid on 28th now. Just taken 2 months on 21st. Tried changing the date on your app that never works for anything. How can you mess up such a simple request???

@virginmedia I understand the pro-rating of the bill it’s the date it’s been taken - I asked for the 1st so I would’ve been paid + you took it before. Your app doesn’t work to change the date and I haven’t got a spare hour to hang on the phone to speak 2u, + no faith you’ll do the right date

@Nike I bought my daughter some Nike pro black leggings from a Nike outlet store - they have mesh on the side below the knee (not back like most) they have stitching across mid thigh and the lettering on the waistband covers top to bottom. Where can I get another pair? In UK

@Matalan I ordered school trousers online and you have sent the wrong size. I now have to pay to return them or drive to my nearest store, I still need the trousers which means paying for delivery again for something that wasn’t my mistake?

Fantastic day in Wimpole with the family today. The whole family had a great time, but it was our youngest that had the best photo taken, as we were walking up to the folly. No filter applied or cropping, just him living in the moment @WimpoleEstateNT @East_England_NT
