@popdemoc must limit the difference between the highest + lowest-paid workers! Management is proposing practices that would further increase the gap between Executive Director salaries and @cpdunion member salaries. CPD/A must practice what it preaches + limit pay disparity! ✊

In the past years @popdemoc staff have taken a pay ✂️ due to inflation + 🏠 cost crisis. The annual raises of $2,500/person don’t begin to make up for 📈 costs + most @cpdunion staff have been denied add’l raises under the current system. A “steps” pay grade 🪜 is the answer!
