@KRACare After several refreshes after prompt to change password, the system finally logs me in, but again there is the OTP authentication service that locks the screen, the otp service just freezes perharps due to server overload and cannot server the incoming requests. Please solve it!

@KRACare Can you fix this process of updating password is not working? I have been trying for the last 48 hours, and the page is not working error 503 continues to load on our screens. I woke up at 3.00 a.m to do it thinking it was server overload, lakini wapi! I am disappointed.
