@OralB That's an unsatisfactory response. The app already recommends that. I'm saying it's terrible UX. To hear "obey your toothbrush" isn't the vibe you expect from a premium product.

I understand you're not the dev but a better answer would be "Here's how to submit a feature request"

@OralB In my case unguided sessions don't seem to sync anymore but because I had the app on it became a guided session with zero points since I was active in another app.

Question: why can't oral b record my brush activity while I'm in a different app? Worse it forgets...
